- ONLY FEMALES ARE TO PARTICIPATE
- MUST state your NAME
- MUST state "Yes, I am diagnosed with PCOS" or "No, I am not diagnosed with PCOS." or "I do not know if I have PCOS."
- MUST state your T-shirt size
- MUST DO A VIDEO of you doing the dance move in the "Champion" music video:
- A TESTIMONY about your weight loss struggle and/or your PCOS struggle so that other women can glean and be encouraged (FOR EXTRA CREDIT 😉 ).
- WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS = March 31, 2021
- THE WINNER will be emailed for an address to send their prizes.
