And thanks so much for considering Zemira Israel and her Husband; Multi-Media Artist, Music Producer, Mix & Vocal Engineer: Bezaleel Israel, (of Bezzemi Records LLC) to possibly collaborate with you for your next righteous HIT song! GLORY TO ABBA YAH & HIS SON FOREVERMORE!!!! We pray we can build a mutual trust and mutual benefit within this possible music and business collaboration that will stand the test of time and add to each collaborator's legacy. We value each collaboration and relationship as each collaboration merits a lifelong relationship as explained below.

- Zemira Israel is willing to work with all races and ethnicities.
- Zemira Israel does not condone these things in music she is to collaborate on: profanity, vulgarity, topics on drug abuse, love of money, same sex sexual relations, and illicit sexual immorality.

Firstly, please fill out this mandatory form & agreement if you choose to collaborate with Zemira Israel. Or go straight to the google forms here.  Also its a good idea to jot your answers on a separate notepad on your phone/computer/laptop/tablet as well, just incase any glitches happen while you're filling out the form)

****In a nutshell, before you read the benefits and non-negotiables below, Zemira Israel requires a Split Sheet to be signed by ALL song contributors, and her Artist fee of $1,000 (includes 2 revisions) plus a Label Administration fee of $1,000 for the music business administrative work. If the inquiring party does not have an administrator to complete and deliver said music business administrative tasks (ie. copyrights, master & publishing split sheet, UPC, ASCAP registration, metadata, and more mentioned in the non-negotiables text below), Zemira Israel will fill that position.

If there are work for hire participants on the song (instrumentalists, recording engineers, etc) who did not contribute to the writing/creation of the song, a Work For Hire Document must be signed by them also to state that they have no rights to the writer and publisher share of the song.

The signed Split Sheet, Zemira will email all song contributors, will include this information for them to fill out:

This LABEL ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $1,000 as it pertains to the song's paper-trail, fees, and success:

1. $8/yr for Tunecore Splits (to receive your mechanical royalties delivered to you throughout the year...so this $8/yr cost does not go to Zemira Israel. This cost goes directly to Tunecore per year by you. This fee is your responsibility to recieve your song's royalty share.) 
2. $14.99 Additional Artist Tunecore fee PER YEAR (if you do not want to be a feature on the song where the song will only show on the featured section of music platforms, Tunecore requires a Main Artist cost of $14.99 per artist)
3. $50 for master engineering by our trusted mastering lab
4. $30 UPC 
5. ISRC provided by Zemira Israel
6. Cover art with png layers provided by Bezaleel Israel
7. Approximately $85 for SR Copyright Registration by Zemira Israel from copyright.gov
8. Approximately $85 for PA Copyright Registration by Zemira Israel from copyright.gov
9. $100 Song Registration (Metadata, ASCAP, Tunecore distributors, Musixmatch, GS1, Copyright.gov, etc.) by Zemira Israel
10. $170 Flyer Graphic Designs for song's launch promo by hired Graphic Designer
11. $300 Videos for song's launch promo (including lyric, audio, visualizer, and performance videos for song) by hired Graphic Designer
12. Social Media Ads: +/-$150 for FB/Instagram ads ($5/day given we have a full 30 days to promote) by Zemira Israel

• Additional costs that we can divi up or go half on depending on how many contributors:
• Music Video by Bezaleel Israel (TBD)
• Master Engineering by 3x grammy winner Nagaris Johnson, depending on his availability, will be an additional cost of approximately $375 per song on top of Zemira's $1,000 fee.
• Social Media Ads by a marketing guru named Jens will be an additional cost ranging from $300 to $50,000 on top of Zemira's $1,000 fee.

The rest of Zemira Israel's STARTING ARTIST FEE IS $1,000 for Zemira Israel's vocal production, time, experience, efforts before, during, and after the song's release. So you're looking at an approximate $2,000 investment to ensure the song's success (1,000 + 1,000 = $2,000). Zemira Israel's total fee ($2,000) covers the Artist and Label Administration fees for multimedia and registrations for the song, which includes, the song’s cover art, promotional art, instrumental, show mix, karaoke mix, overall mix and master, minimal social media ads, etc.

Things to know about what this righteous and professional Husband & Wife music team bring to the table for a possible future collaborative union:

• Bezaleel Israel, is an established & highly decorated professional Multi-Media & Music Production Artist, with approximately 3 decades of experience. (his wife, Zemira, aids in arrangement and organization for his meticulous music and media editing processes.) 
• Bezaleel & Zemira Israel are GRAMMY®︎ Balloted, multi award winning, Apple Music charting, the first Israelite repenting artists to chart 2x on the Billboard Music Charts, and the first GOSPEL repenting Israelite artists/producers to be on the GRAMMY ballot.
• Zemira Israel is an Independent Music Advocate, and a growing Globally Distributed Recording & Performing Singer-Songwriter, & Gospel PBR&B-Soul and Hip Hop Artist, with approximately 2 decades of music & business experience.
• Zemira Israel released 2 albums (the 3rd album is on the way), one being a double-disc album, and has an upcoming 2023 album on the way that is recorded, mixed & engineered at Bezaleel & Zemira’s professional home-studio, and countless singles and collaborations, collectively yielding hundred-thousands of DSP streams yearly.
• Together Bezaleel and Zemira have 5 decades of music and media experience.

• Their writer and publisher PRO is ASCAP and here's some of their music non-nogotiables: 
• Their IPI/CAE #s are given after evaluation & consent of the Screening Hospitality Questions Form & Agreement via email.
• All members of the creation of the song are to complete and sign the song's Master & Publisher Split sheet.
• All work-for-hire members of the song are to sign a consent document that state that they have no rights to the master and publishing of the song.
• All creators are to negotiate a fair & just royalty share for the entire writer/composer & publishing of the song, sign the master & publishing split sheet, and are to agree together before song's release/publication/distribution.

• Zemira Israel's hard earned organic following is approximately 33k+ across her social media platforms, including her mailing Ztribe FAM list, filled with FAM supporters who lovingly anticipate and continuously support her newest, old, and next projects. 
• If you do collaborate with the duo, they will GLADLY promote your social platforms, the song, its home (their or your website and/or streaming platform link[s]) and its merchandise (if any), to the 33k+ following across Zemira's social platforms between the duration of the pre and post release dates (no more than 6 weeks total promotion), including her mailing list, merited there is reciprocity in that all creators will do the same in sharing/tagging the couple on their platforms. The hope is also to go live on ALL social media platforms at least once a week for the duration of the song's promotion, as live social media videos are powerful marketing promotional tools!
• If merch is to be created by Bezaleel Israel, the merch's income is retained by Bezaleel Israel if not otherwise negotiated for a period of time.  
  If merch is to be created by Bezaleel Israel, the merch's income is retained by Bezaleel Israel. If Artist(s) promote the merch daily for duration of song’s promotion, a percentage can be negotiated for the sales made during song’s promotion duration. If Artist(s) wanting merch sales percentage miss one day of promoting merch (not including Sabbaths/Holy biblical days), then the agreement and percentage is null and void. 
  If general song merch sales income, created by Bezaleel Israel, are negotiated for said artists, merch must be sold on Zemira Israel's website 
  If the merch contains any of the song's artist's likeness/image (ie. cover art with artist's likeness on it), a percentage of the merch income may be negotiated with Bezaleel Israel for a limited time (no more than 6 weeks), in the duration of time the song is actively being promoted by all Artists and sold via Zemira Israel's website. 
  If merch is to be created by someone other than Bezaleel Israel, and/or is to be sold on a website other than Zemira Israel's, then Zemira Israel requires a negotiated percentage of the merch's income for the duration of the time Zemira Israel will promote it on her platforms.
• If merch is to be created by someone other than Bezaleel Israel, and/or is to be sold on a website other than Zemira Israel's, then Zemira Israel requires a negotiated percentage of the merch's income for the duration of the time Zemira Israel will promote it on her platforms.
• Thus, inevitably increasing your viewership, sales, streams, following, and/or website traffic from Zemira Israel's following, her listeners hearing the collaboration record, and/or listeners discovering the song's creators' artistry for the 1st time, and 1st time visitor traffic on creator's website. Thus allowing you to reach, edify, entertain, encourage, and uplift more souls for their pure edification and enjoyment.

• Quality production will be done via duo's talents of music audio/mixing/engineering, vocal producing, vocal engineering, songwriting, media, and/or candid video production for promotion if agreed upon, and/or outsourcing song mastering companies and/or established relationships the couple has already cultivated. This workload may be negotiated as it is part of the Labor Starting Fee. If the song needs to be mix-engineered by Bezaleel Israel, he will require a negotiated percentage of the song.

In addition to live social media videos, a willingness to create candid, unique, interesting, and entertaining or informative 30 seconds to one minute videos for the promotion of the song is crucial for success. 

With our Screening Hospitality Questions via the form & agreement, we'd love to know more about you, your agent/manager/administrator, if one is speaking on your behalf, and of course the vision of your song, and/or music video via info@zemiraisrael.com.

Before answering our Screening Hospitality Questions via the form & agreement, please understand some additional non-negotiables:

• Bezaleel & Zemira have a Label Administration Fee ($1,000 as mentioned in the beginning).
• For the duo to be on your song AND/OR participate in your music video, the final Label Administration Fee will be discussed during the booking call and via email. This price includes Zemira to be and to do the following for the song:
• Documentarian for the Split Sheet distribution
• Song registration and administration on and for:
• Metadata for song's wav & high resolution mp3 files (to help song be found easily and to shop to TV/Film if song is applicable)
• Master Sound Recording (SR) Copyright
• Publisher/Performing Rights (PA) Copyright
• PRO Writer
• PRO Publisher
• Lyrics (on Musixmatch, Genius)
• Nielson Soudscan
• Billboard Music Charts
• assign the song ISRC number (if applicable)
• assign the song UPC number (if applicable)
• obtain the song ISWC number (if applicable)
• distribution on all major platforms via Tunecore (if applicable)
• adding the number of "main" artists ($14.99 value per "main" artist) on Tunecore dashboard to ensure all "main" artists are found on the top or middle of each participating artist's Spotify channel, and NOT on the bottom where the "Appears On" Spotify section is for featured artists.
• Zemira/Bezaleel's time and work

• Zemira and/or Bezaleel is on the hook and/or bridge (and/or more parts to the song)....unless agreed otherwise.
• The duo's fee does not include travel and lodge for both Bezaleel/Zemira to be physically present at your video shoot with your Videographer/Director to participate. That is a separate fee.
• You may have the option of having Bezaleel Israel shoot scenes of Zemira Israel, according to your Music Video's Director's vision for the music video remotely, and sending them over to you and/or your Videographer/Director electronically via Google Drive or etc., which is an additional charge for the time, work & travel to location(s). 
• If your video is shot in the Austin or the San Antonio area of Texas (all locations no more than 2hr drive away from Bezaleel & Zemira's home), they do charge an additional fee for travel/gas/food and/or lodge/hotel. Another fee if it is out of state for the additional lodging.
• If you’d like Bezaleel to film, direct, and/or edit your music video, that is an additional cost.
• Complete final cost is negotiable according to above variables.
• So, in conclusion, if Bezaleel & Zemira are the Music Video Director(s) (traveling to locations and/or lodge, filming and editing the video, car gas, and food) that is an additional charge on top of the base fee ($250). If out of state, it is an additional charge for the above, the plane ticket, and car rental ($1,500).
• If Bezaleel/Zemira are to be the Videographer(s) (they'll send their own video shots electronically according to the Music Video's Director's vision and direction), that is an aditional charge (for the location search & travel, filming & editing). It is an additional fee if it's an out of state location.

• OUR NON NEGOTIABLES (email info@zemiraisrael.com for any questions): We require to know, prior to recording, ALL INVOLVED ARTIST(S) (including instrumental producer, songwriters, vocal engineers, producers, executive producers, legal entities [LLCs, INCs...etc], and even artist(s) who only contributes their voice) involved in the song for writer and publisher royalty Split Sheet shares & record accuracy):

• Song MUST NOT be distributed via Distrokid.
• The Mechanical Royalties must be divided up to all applicable artists/songwriters [Royalty/Sales funds from Tunecore or other agreed distribution platform, and song sale funds from artist(s) website(s)].
• State the dates/duration of which the song is to be sold on artist(s) website(s). The song must not be sold more than 1 month post release date on zemiraisrael.com. Funds must be allocated appropriately to song designees.
• State how long will the pre and post release promo be.
• State who will be actively promoting the song on their social media accounts, email list, and/or Paid Advertising?
• State whether or not the song is looking to chart on Billboard, Rollingstone, ARIA, and/or The Official Charts. If yes, song must be fully recorded, mixed & mastered, and administratively completed according to all info in this page, at least 1 month prior to release date, in order to promote the charts initiative for at least 1 month.
• Date you are looking to finalize the recording of the song. The couple will not work on the recording past this date. Please choose wisely.
• Date you are looking to release the song.
• Please state whether you need the Videographer service
• If yes, please state whether you want the filming of Zemira/Bezaleel done outside of the cities of Austin and San Antonio areas of Texas. 
• Please state whether you need the Music Video Director/Videographer service.
• If yes, please state whether you need the services done outside of the cities of Austin or San Antonio areas of Texas.
• All involved artists/work-for-hire personnel agree to sign a Master & Publisher Split Sheet or Work for hire dcument according to their participation.
• Instrumental, melodies and lyrics music ALL be ORIGINAL; ABSOLUTELY NO SAMPLES in the song (ie. from Splice...etc. Samples make the song's placement chances for TV, Commercial Ads, and Films very hard. To be sure of no samples, ask the producer to check his instrumental midi files if there are any samples in the track).  Zemira Israel will only sing/write on sampled songs if it absolutely makes sense, and have the signatures of the creator(s) of the sampled work on a split sheet with their desired royalty percentage or a reputable organization facilitates an agreement as to whether we can use the sampled work.
• All work for hire members must sign the Work for Hire Document agreeing that they were a work for hire for this song, and not a writer or publisher. (For example a Vocal Engineer, someone who records an artist's vocals, is a work for hirer....a musician who plays an instrument as instructed from an already written and composed melody/idea is a work for hire.)

• If Zemira and Bezaleel are not distributing the song for the collaboration via their Tunecore, state which Distribution Platform the song will be sent to so it can be received by all the DSPs (Apple Music, Tidal, Spotify etc...). Zemira Israel does not allow her music to be distributed via Distrokid.
• If Zemira will not be the documentarian for the Split Sheet administrations, write the name of who will be. And Zemira requires the ISRC, UPC, ISWC, PA Copyright Work ID # and file number, SR Copyright Work ID and file numbers from the designated administrator, and the names on the Copyright, with screenshots/PDFs, registering and administrating the song on different platforms.. If Zemira is to be the documentarian and administrator, she will provide these things via email to all copyright owners.
• We require for Zemira and Bezaleel's MUSIC social platforms (FB Music Page = @Zemira Israel Music and @Bezaleel Israel, Instagram/Twitter = @zemiramusic and @bezaleelbenisrael, and/or Youtube.com/zemiraisraelmusic and youtube.com/bezaleelbenisrael ) to be tagged concerning the collaborated song, and NOT their personal FB pages, every time it is being promoted on social media and/or email list blasts (and/or paid advertising if necessary). Only tag the above official social media tags. But if you choose to tag Zemira & Bezaleel Israel's personal FB pages, they require that their FB Music Page and other business social pages (@Zemira Israel Music / @Bezaleel Israel) be tagged also and first and foremost. 
• We require your social media settings to be up to par to allow collaboration invites so that artist(s) name(s) is shown as a collaborator on the post. For example:
